At KODSI Le Parfum, we want you to love every fragrance you receive. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we are committed to providing a premium shopping experience.

Returns

Due to the nature of fragrance products, we only accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The product arrives damaged.
  • The wrong product was received.
  • The item has a manufacturing defect.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be:

  • Unused.
  • Unopened.
  • In its original packaging with all seals and accessories intact.

Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.

Products that have been opened, used, tested, or sprayed cannot be returned due to hygiene and product integrity reasons.

How to Request a Return

To request a return, please contact our customer support team and provide:

  • Order number.
  • Reason for return.
  • Clear photos or videos showing the issue.

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide you with the next steps.

Please do not send any products back before receiving approval from our team.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be processed through your original payment method.
  • Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is caused by an error from KODSI Le Parfum.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos.

We will review the issue and provide the appropriate solution, including replacement or refund when applicable.

Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled shortly after purchase and before they are processed for shipping.

Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
